Returns Policy:
Unopened and Sealed Products
LRG Solar Supplies PTY LTD accepts returns of unopened and sealed products within 14 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product along with the original tax invoice, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Opened and Unsealed Products
LRG Solar Supplies PTY LTD allows returns of opened and unsealed products within 14 days of the purchase date. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned with all accessories, original packaging, and the original tax invoice.
Warranties:
Instant Warranty Void
The warranty on any product purchased from LRG Solar Supplies PTY LTD will be void if not installed by an accredited PV installer.
Faulty Products
All faulty products will be covered under the relevant product warranty.
